We rebuilt Dos Luces’ website in 2020 to better showcase the brewery online. Website building technology has come a long way in the last few years since we originally launched the Dos Luces brand, and we leveraged those tools to redesign it from the ground up. The resulting site is easily navigable, highly on-brand, and loads content much more dynamically than we had previously implemented. The homepage highlights their Westword Best Of Denver awards, current Instagram photos, and a Google map of all the off-premise retail locations. As Dos Luces adds to their instagram stream or adds new Whole Foods locations where you can buy their products, their homepage gets automatically updated without the client needing to take any additional steps. We also overhauled the visual content on the website to display Dos Luces’ unique packaging and their innovative tap room space that’s different from any other brewery tap room we’ve ever seen (and we’ve seen a ton of them).

We also built out a dynamic Dos Luces tap list that is very easy to update by the client. While some brewers use Untappd for Business to manage this, that service costs hundreds of dollars a year. Our custom solution is exceedingly easy to manage through the WordPress back-end, and any savings during the global pandemic are welcome because they can help pay for brewing materials, utility fees, and other necessary expenses to keep a small brewery afloat.
