Pur­pose­Built Brands is the par­ent com­pa­ny of near­ly a dozen dif­fer­ent brands, all ded­i­cat­ed to keep­ing sur­faces and peo­ple clean. Their port­fo­lio includes Goo Gone (we know you have some in your clean­ing arse­nal — and if you don’t, why not?), Five Star Chem­i­cals & Sup­ply, and Green Gob­bler. They recent­ly under­went a re-brand­ing to Pur­pose­Built Brands for the par­ent com­pa­ny and we were hired to quick­ly pro­to­type and launch their new cor­po­rate web­site. The goal was to high­light all the dif­fer­ent types of con­sumer and indus­tri­al clean­ing prod­ucts Pur­pose­Built Brands over­sees. We worked close­ly with the client to achieve a well-designed & well-orga­nized site with clear user func­tion­al­i­ty and visu­al appeal. A great but sub­tle touch is that just below the head­er logo and above the foot­er con­tent we’ve insert­ed a thin ani­mat­ed gra­di­ent divider that slow­ly shuf­fles between a few col­ors. The clien­t’s new brand­ing uses a gra­di­ent in their logo and this lit­tle touch rein­forces that branding.
